I am an Indigenous man of both Yamatji and Nyoongar descent and am based in the Perth metropolitan region. I work as a Graphic Designer and Consultant to both government and the private sector. I use my creative abilities to pass on traditional knowledge, and work to ensure people from around the world get to share in the rich and diverse culture of my people. I am recognised as an Indigenous designer, artist, mentor, public speaker, writer, and cultural teacher.
Working on both large and small scale projects, I have extensive experience in many disciplines within the design and marketing fields.I also have experience in photography, film, and audio recording and have worked on feature films such as Alien Covenant and Red Dog True Blue. In my time as a designer for the Perth Mint, I designed a variety of minted products including the Discover Australia - The Dreaming Series gold, silver, and platinum collector coins. I also designed coins for Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee and specialty coins in honour of Sir Edmund Hillary and many other products.
With experience in other fields such as Youth Outreach and other community engagement activities, I have strong links to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities and work closely with each to bridge the gap in understanding to grow the foundations for my culture to thrive in the wider community and aboard.
I use my extensive experience to bring Indigenous culture to the forefront of the corporate landscape.
